The Service offers a referral program that rewards the referrer with twenty five US dollars for each referred user who pays a subscription.

Referral rewards apply only to the first and second paid subscriptions of the referred user.

The maximum referral reward is fifty US dollars per referred user.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time.

Any abuse of the referral system may result in account termination and loss of rewards.

Any claim, report, allegation, or dispute, including fraud claims, arising from user behavior or decisions is the sole responsibility of the user.

The Company is not legally or financially responsible for user actions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our sole discretion.

All subscription payments are final, non refundable, and non cancelable.

The only exception is a confirmed technical failure in the payment process that prevents subscription activation.

We are not responsible for user payment errors, incorrect payment details, banks, blockchains, or third party payment providers.

Our only responsibility is resolving verified technical payment processing errors.

We are not responsible for service downtime, data inaccuracies, wallet scanning results, or any financial outcomes.

You waive any right to file claims, seek compensation, or initiate legal action against the Company, except for unresolved technical payment failures.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service.

Creating an account means you fully understand the risks.

You accept these Terms.

You agree to use the Service without reliance on guarantees.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
